Your rest is not to be found in figuring your life out but trusting the One who has it all figured out for your good and His glory.
Your rest is not to be found in figuring your life out but trusting the One who has it all figured out for your good and His glory.
As a parent when the kids were little you have the seemly endless Why’s. “Daddy if God made everything did He make this house?”
“Why is the grass green?” and so on. Unfortunately, the why’s seemed to follow us into adulthood. Except the why’s of adulthood seem to cause us great fear and concern. We spend much of our daily time trying to figure things out. We all become archaeologists who dig into the mounds of our lives to try to make sense of the pains and prolongs of our lives. Psalm 62:5-7 “My soul, wait in silence for God only, for my hope is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation, my stronghold; I shall not be shaken. On God my salvation and my glory rest; the rock of my strength, my refuge is in God.” In moments when you wish you knew what you can’t
know, when what’s not done that, you think needs done, don’t be shaken, rest in God’s plan, purpose, salvation, and strength. There is One who knows, and He loves you. He rules what you don’t understand. He will do what you cannot for your good and His glory. Love Bro. Brian

EVANGELISM/Missions Team
Bob White, Missions Leader
We have a sign-up sheet in the Foyer for anyone interested in helping us present flowers to Mothers in care facilities in our
community. It will be a blessing to each Mother and to you as we express God’s Love to these ladies. We need many hands.
Tonight, we will have a special emphasis on Missions at our 6:00PM service. We hope to video connect with the Nate &
Kate White family for an interview on their calling and preparation to join an Unreached People Group. If you have
questions, get them to Bob White. We are planning to have an open microphone for you to ask spontaneous questions after
Nate’s explanation of their missionary calling

Take Them a Meal
Sandy Gillespie, Team Leader
Zana reached out to “Take Them a Meal Team” and asked that meals be suspended for the time being. Although she
and Todd are appreciative of the amazing food, she’s not eating much right now and Todd thinks it’s a little much for
him as well. She shared that her spirits are high as she draws on her strength from our Lord Jesus Christ. She will let
us know if things change, and if so, I will send out a new meal schedule. If you’ve either prepared a meal or had planned
to prepare a meal for Zana and Todd, thank you for supporting this wonderful ministry. Sandy Gillespie at 321-412-5515
